Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a paid registrant cannot attend, a substitute delegate may take his/her place at no additional charge if NASPL is notified in writing prior to the Cancellation Date of August 22, 2025.
The substitute delegate must submit a completed registration form by that date. In the event a paid registrant is unable to attend and cannot provide a substitute delegate, a full refund of the registration fee (less a $100 processing fee) will be made only if we receive a written cancellation no later than the Cancellation Date of August 22, 2025.
Written notices of cancellation received after August 22, 2025. will not qualify for a refund. Only medically verifiable cancellations will be considered for full refund during that period.
All requests for cancellations, substitutions and refunds should be emailed to events@nasplhq.org
All registration refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the event. Registrants who do not show up for the conference and do not contact NASPL (via written correspondence as listed above) prior to the end of the conference automatically forfeit all registration fees paid, unless your inability to contact us was due to a verifiable emergency medical issue that occurred within one week of the start of the conference. Regretfully, no considerations can be made after this date.
