Welcome to the NEW NASPL Registration Portal
NASPL has recently integrated a new event management system for our events. If you need assistance, please contact NASPL Headquarters at events@nasplhq.org or use the CONTACT tab in the website’s menu bar. If you require an invitation letter to obtain a VISA for travel, please view our FAQ section for further instructions.
Registration tips:
- To register multiple delegates, select the number of tickets you wish to add and continue through the registration process.
- If you are purchasing tickets on behalf of others, please be sure to enter all Ticket Holders’ information in addition to your Ticket Buyer info.
- Each Ticket Holder must have their own unique email address registered to access the NASPL Events app.
- If you have a special Access Code, please enter it before registering to select any applicable comped tickets.
- Multiple ticket types can be included in the same order.
- After you register, an account will automatically be created for you in the Accelevents NASPL Events app. If you would like to create a password for your account, you can do so at any time by following the steps at the LOGIN button at the top right of the menu. Otherwise, you can simply wait to receive a MAGIC LINK, which will allow you to access the app without creating a password.
- The NASPL Events app will be available to download one week before the conference begins. MAGIC LINKS will be provided at that time.
- You will need to use your own email and password/magic link to enter the event app. Learn more here.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a paid registrant cannot attend, a substitute delegate may take his/her place at no additional charge if NASPL is notified in writing prior to the Cancellation Date of August 22, 2025.
The substitute delegate must submit a completed registration form by that date. In the event a paid registrant is unable to attend and cannot provide a substitute delegate, a full refund of the registration fee (less a $100 processing fee) will be made only if we receive a written cancellation no later than the Cancellation Date of August 22, 2025.
Written notices of cancellation received after August 22, 2025. will not qualify for a refund. Only medically verifiable cancellations will be considered for full refund during that period.
All requests for cancellations, substitutions and refunds should be emailed to events@nasplhq.org
All registration refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the event. Registrants who do not show up for the conference and do not contact NASPL (via written correspondence as listed above) prior to the end of the conference automatically forfeit all registration fees paid, unless your inability to contact us was due to a verifiable emergency medical issue that occurred within one week of the start of the conference. Regretfully, no considerations can be made after this date.
