Getting to Niagara Falls
Whether arriving by land or air, the journey to Niagara Falls is smooth and scenic, making it an accessible destination for visitors from around the world.
Please note: A valid passport or other acceptable identification document is required for entry into Canada! Check the Canadian Government’s website for more information.
Airplane
There are four major airports in surrounding areas that charter airlines from around the world. Once you land, rental cars, airport limousines, trains, buses, airport shuttles and taxis are available to transport you to Niagara Falls.
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
As Canada’s largest and busiest airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport sees nearly 50 million passengers annually. The airport is located 125 km (78 mi) from Niagara Falls, and is about an hour and half drive.
Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ)
Located on Toronto Island, Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport welcomes nearly 3 million passengers annually from Canada and the U.S. via two airlines: Porter and Air Canada. The airport is located 127 km (79 mi) from Niagara Falls, and is just over an hour and a half drive.
John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (YMC)
Seeing close to 350,000 passengers a year and serving several destinations across North America, Hamilton International Airport is less than a one hour drive to Niagara Falls.
Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF)
Located approximately a 45 minute drive from Niagara Falls, Canada, the Buffalo Niagara International Airport hosts approximately 100 non-stop flights a day. A reminder that even if you flew to Buffalo from a city within the United States, you will need a passport to cross the border into Niagara Falls, Canada.
There is small airport located in Niagara Region, called the Niagara District Airport. While no large commercial flights charter through there, flights to and from Toronto are scheduled regularly.

Bus
GO Bus
A part of GO Transit, the regional transit provider for the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas, the GO Bus works with the GO Train to transport passengers from across Ontario to Toronto and then directly to Niagara. With stops in St. Catharines, at the Outlet Collection and Niagara Falls, passengers can easily and affordably travel into Niagara from across Ontario.
MegaBus
See the falls firsthand by booking your next trip from Toronto to the Niagara Falls. MegaBus amenities include: free Wi-Fi, free onboard entertainment with Megabus RIDE, individual power outlets & reclining seats. In Niagara Falls MegaBus drops off at the Niagara Falls Bus Terminal at 4555 Erie Avenue, Niagara Falls.

Transportation within Niagara Falls
For getting around once you have arrived here, Niagara Falls offers the WEGO Bus system! This state-of-the-art bus system connects accommodations and tourism attractions throughout the city of Niagara Falls and Niagara Parks. WEGO takes you to popular attractions in Niagara Parks and throughout the tourism areas of Victoria Avenue, Clifton Hill, Fallsview, and Queen Street. Frequently Asked Questions
Did NASPL get a new Event Management System?
Yes! NASPL has recently integrated a new event management system for all of our future events. If you need assistance registering, please contact NASPL Headquarters at events@nasplhq.org or use the CONTACT tab in the top menu. You can also visit this link for more information and detailed directions on registration.
I see a login button, do I need to log in?
After you register, an account will automatically be created for you in the Accelevents NASPL Events app. If you would like to create a password for your account, you can do so at any time following the steps at the LOGIN button at the top right of the menu. Otherwise, you can simply wait to receive a MAGIC LINK, which will allow you to access the app without creating a password.
Do delegates need to have their own email address?
Yes. Each delegate needs to have their own email so they can access the NASPL app. If you are registering multiple people, please enter their unique email.
What is included in the registration fee?
Paid registrants will have access to all open sessions, meals, and the offsite event.
Is there a trade show at NASPL 2025?
Yes, if you are interested in exhibiting and learning more, please contact Jake Coy at jcoy@nasplhq.org
Do you offer discounts for group registrations?
No, NASPL does not offer discounted registrations.
Do invited speakers or presenters need to register and pay a registration fee?
Yes, all attendees and speakers must be registered for the event. There is no registration fee for presenters and speakers not attending this event.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference is business casual throughout the week. Attire for the Thursday evening Awards Banquet is business formal.
Will meals be provided?
Attendees will enjoy a variety of meals throughout the week, including three receptions, two lunches, one dinner, and four refreshment breaks to keep you energized and engaged.
Will there be a trade show this year?
Yes! The 2025 NASPL Conference will also feature a dynamic trade show, providing a vibrant space for connection, networking, and informative demonstrations by our valued industry vendors.
Will Continuing Education Units (CEUs) be provided?
No, CEUs will not be offered for this conference. However, attendees will have access to a range of educational sessions designed to enhance industry knowledge and professional development.
How do I obtain an invitation letter from NASPL so I may obtain my VISA to travel to Canada?
To obtain an invitation letter you must first have a conference registration and your balance must be paid in full. After you are registered, please contact Tamika Ligon at tligon@nasplhq.org with the following information.

NASPL Safety, Wellness & Health Guidelines
The safety, security and health of our staff, partners and NASPL members is a priority NASPL takes seriously. NASPL works closely with the venues to safeguard your health, and we have implemented guidelines and procedures based on local, state, and federal public health guidance. Before each in-person event, we review hotel protocols, local and state laws, and CDC guidelines to help protect the health and safety of all attendees.
