Lottery Leadership
Leadership development is key to building a successful organization. Anyone can be placed in a leadership role. However, to be a competent and effective leader, one must have solid leadership skills. To achieve this, NASPL is dedicated to helping lotteries cultivate a proficient and knowledgeable team by offering the Lottery Leadership Institute.
This three-day training event is lottery industry specific, with a leadership focus. Instructor-led training will provide attendees with approachable methods and actionable tools that can be applied immediately to ensure personal and professional growth, focusing on the foundation for effective leadership and creating greater team effectiveness. Following successful completion, attendees will receive 2.7 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
